Original Vietnam War Era M-1965 Field Jacket with In Collar Hood. Coat, Man's, Field With Hood, Nylon Cotton Sateen OG 107 DSA 100-3378. Coat, Man's, Field, M-65. Marked Long Medium Chest 37" to 41" Height 71" and upward Stock No. 8405-782-2940. Sold As-Is. Rare in this Condition.... Don't Miss This One...!! The most iconic issued field jacket during the Vietnam War time period through the 1970s was the M-65 Field Jacket in OG 107. This is a great and rare find that has seen very good care and no abuse. It would be very hard to upgrade this classic Vietnam War and Cold War field jacket. The contract year is either 1965 or 1966 and the manufacturer is unmarked. This M-65 jacket is in excellent shape, nearly unworn or actually unworn condition and has few, if any flaws or issues, and no rips or tears. The lining is in excellent shape. All buttons are present. The inside drawstrings are in excellent condition. It features a silver metal heavy duty CONMAR main zipper. The collar zipper is a CONMAR medium duty type. There are no insignia "ghosts". If you need more photos, please ask questions before the end of the auction.This jacket is not a reproduction and was made in the USA.
