Printed on thin, white paper.
The pocket position, like 'P1', identifies which item is offered here.  P1 is the upper left corner, P20 is the lower right corner, and the others are numbered from top to bottom and left to right, as if reading a page in a book.
To help this book arrive safely at your door, I will sandwich it between 2 sheets of oversized stiff cardboard, and I will affix USPS stickers that state 'Do Not Bend or Fold' to both sides of the 3 by 6 inch envelope. Postage fee includes tracking.  Additional items that will fit in this same envelope will be sent at no additional cost to you.
Do not pay for this if you are still bidding on other items. I do not mind waiting up to 2 weeks for payment if you are bidding on other auctions of mine. I will send an invoice after each item ends.
